Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This offer is organised and delivered by SAS Skycircuitvelo (“Skycircuitvelo”, “Promoter”), registered in France under SIRET 93143301500019 (RCS Foix, France).

Relationship and data processing is solely with Skycircuitvelo.

Platforms used to promote the offer (e.g. social media) are not affiliated with, or responsible for, the promotion.

Skycircuitvelo’s authenticity can be verified at Tripadvisor and Google.

2. Offer Details

This offer allows you to buy one half-price entry and bring one friend for FREE.

This offer is valid for two fully supported self guided (you will follow .gpx routes on your own guidance device) road cycling training holidays:

14–21 September 2025 – Full Carbon Women-Only Week (€700 down from €1400)
1–5 October 2025 – Full Carbon Long Weekend (open to all) (€400 down from €800)

This offer runs from 3 September 2025 to 28 September 2025, subject to availability.

Only one entry is permitted per pair of entrants, for only one of the Training Holidays in scope for this offer.

Successful entries, once payment is made, are non-refundable, other than cancellation by Skycircuitvelo or other eventualities outlined in our General Terms of Service .

Applicants may withdraw from the entry process at any time prior to making full payment.

Eight places total are available for each training holiday in the scope of this offer (4 half price entries and 4 free friends). Skycircuitvelo can choose to extend this to a maximum of 14 places total at any time.

Entrants agree to free use of photos and testimonials in future marketing activities by Skycircuitvelo.

This offer is subject to availability and may be cancelled, suspended, or rescheduled if events outside Skycircuitvelo’s control occur. In such cases, full refunds will be given immediately.

Deadlines for confirmed, fully paid entries are as follows:

11 September 2025 for the Full Carbon Women-Only Week.
28 September 2025 for the Full Carbon Long Weekend

Skycircuitvelo may accept later payments at their discretion but are under no obligation to do so.

3. Eligibility

Open to participants aged 18 years and over.

For the 14–21 September week only, entry is women only.

Entrants must be capable of meeting the minimum physical and technical requirements at Ride Challenge Rating 2 (see Challenge Rating and FAQ), in order to ensure a well matched group for the enjoyment and safety of all.

Entrants must have valid comprehensive cycling travel insurance. This insurance must cover the entirety of the booking dates.

Your flights into Toulouse must be scheduled to arrive before 13h CET on the first day of the holiday in question (14 Sept or 1 Oct)

4. How to Enter

Ensure you can secure your travel arrangements and personal availability first of all, as entries are non refundable once payment is made.
Subscribe to skycircuitvelo.com mailing list.
Fill in the Google entry form .
Like the promotional post on the platform you entered from (or by default on Instagram).
Follow the @Skycircuitvelo account on the platform you entered from (or by default Instagram).
Tag two rider friends in the comments on the promotional post.
Join the Skycircuitvelo Strava club, if entrants have a Strava account.

5. Confirmation of successful entry

Skycircuitvelo will then treat each eligible application in sequence based on the timestamp of the Google form entry:

For each eligible entry where all the entry steps have been completed (as judged by Skycircuitvelo), Skycircuitvelo will contact the paying entrant by email to confirm the entry conditions have been met, and provide a payment link.
Once payment in full has been received, Skycircuitvelo will contact the paying entrant to confirm the two successful places on the training holiday in question.
Until payment in full has been received by Skycircuitvelo, another entrant may obtain the last remaining places by completing their payment earlier. If this occurs, Skycircuitvelo will either refund immediately your payment in full, or extend the availability of places up to an absolute limit of 14 places.
