It’s worth saying this out loud: we are against spamming, pressure selling, exaggeration, obfuscation and discrimination. Our aim, on this site and in our comms with you, is to be friendly, clear, transparent and reasonable. We are cyclists ourselves, and we’ll be happy if you are!
First of all … contact us!
Hopefully by skimming this site you’ll have a good idea of what we offer at Skycircuitvelo. But the devil is always in the detail right? Perhaps you’ve seen some availability and you’re interested but you have a few questions to clarify things further, or maybe you are hoping for something that falls a little outside what we’ve stated? Or maybe you’re already confident you want to make a booking.
In all cases just get in touch, on a no commitment basis, any way you prefer: callback request, phone, Whatsapp, enquiry form message, DM on socials, email, letter, morse, smoke signals etc.
We’ll chat with you to understand what you’re looking for and the details of your group, and help clarify anything you’d like to know about our service.
Then, the booking Proposal
Once we’ve discussed and agreed the key facts on price and service details, we’ll send you an email setting them all out formally for your review, and asking for additional information about yourself, and the group you are representing if applicable. This is the Booking Proposal. At this stage you are still not committed to anything at all, and you can pull out or ask for changes, with no consequences to you at all.
Finally, a confirmed booking
Once you reply to accept the booking proposal, make the applicable minimum payment, and we confirm in writing, then and only then is a binding contract in place between us. From this moment on, all the Terms of Service apply to both you and us.
