A (very) short summary of our Terms
Here’s a readable overview of what you’ll be agreeing to when you make a booking with us. The legally binding version is this long one which we’ll also append to your booking proposal. It contains more points and more detail than what we show on this page.
What you commit to, by booking
- Accepting that you ride at your own risk—we don’t coach, guide, supervise or assess your readiness. We can however make observations in good faith to aid your own decision-making.
- Accepting you are responsible for your own bike, travel, documents, and travel delays.
- Having valid cycling-specific travel insurance
- Wearing a helmet at all times (only when riding…)
- Respectful and kind behaviour—toward our team, other guests, and the property.
What We commit to Providing
- * A clean, safe, and well-equipped self-managed villa for your group to enjoy in complete privacy. We’re not on-site: it’s truly a home from home.
- A support vehicle, maintained to high standards, providing logistical support, including nutrition/hydration, spares and tools, clothing, first aid, and transportation of tired cyclists.
- Personalised cycling route planning, based on your goals and preferences and our local knowledge.
- * Transport to and from agreed local transport hubs, including your bike boxes.
- Help arranging all other local activities like paragliding, hikes, spa sessions, cultural visits.
- * Breakfast is included. You’ll pay for your own lunches and dinners but we’ll organise it all.
- Clear communication and responsive support before, during, and after your booking.
- Valid professional liability insurance: a copy is available to you upon request

Cancellations & Force Majeure
- If you cancel (directly, or indirectly by failing to make payments on time), the amount we will refund is based on how close it is to your start date:
- In the very unlikely event we have to cancel, you’ll get a full refund, or a suitable alternative if available.
- If force majeure (events outside our control) disrupts the delivery of your booking, we may offer rescheduling or partial refunds.
Legal details
- Our terms and any disputes are governed by French law.
- We are not a Tour Operator or travel agent in the sense of the French Tourism Code.
- We do not provide an independent passenger transport service – any transportation of clients is just one part of a wider inseparable service.
